• We supply high-quality firewood and related wood products.
• Descriptions, images, and prices are for guidance and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to discontinue or withdraw products at any time.

Delivery Area: UK Mainland only Excludes Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man

• Box items: 2–3 working days
• Crate orders: 5–7 working days

• Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout.
• Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery; missed deliveries may incur re-delivery charges.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment must be received in full prior to dispatch.

• If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging to be eligible for return.
• Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving returned goods.

• Territorial limit: United Kingdom.
