We provide free local delivery within 10 miles of Rossendale, Ramsbottom, Haslingden, Bacup, Burnley, and Todmorden.
- Speed: Same or next-day delivery for most local orders placed before 1 PM.
- Scheduling: We’ll confirm a convenient day and time window by text or email.
- Placement: Delivery is to the safest accessible point (driveway or kerbside).
- Access: Please advise in advance if access is narrow, steep, or restricted.
UK Mainland Delivery (FedEx & DHL)
We ship nationwide using trusted couriers FedEx and DHL. Smaller orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days; pallet orders may take up to 14 days.

Areas We Don’t Currently Cover
We currently deliver to UK Mainland only. At this time, we don’t ship to:
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or other offshore locations
Tracking & Notifications
- All courier orders include tracking — details are emailed once dispatched.
- FedEx and DHL both provide delivery notifications and live tracking updates.
- Pallet carriers will contact you to arrange a delivery window.
- Please ensure your email and phone number are correct at checkout.
Safety, Access & Limitations
- Kerbside policy: Pallet deliveries are made to the nearest safe accessible point.
- Surface limits: Pallet trucks cannot be moved over gravel, grass, steep slopes, or steps.
- Weather: Severe conditions may affect routing and timings; we’ll notify you of any changes.
